This site has no tracking, no advertising and no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email, town and message. We use it only to answer you and, if you become a customer, to do your job. We never sell it or share it with anyone else.

Where it is kept

The form is held by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, until our office system collects it, usually within minutes, and is then deleted there. Anything not collected is deleted after 90 days. In our office system it is kept with our customer records.

To guard against spam, the site counts how many messages come from one internet address in an hour. It keeps only a scrambled form of the address, and only for that hour.
